MAUGER AND HAWKINS WIN ON TOUR OF EPYNT.
Simon Mauger and Johnathan Hawkins have won todays Tour of Epynt Rally 8/3/15 in the Marshall Motorsport Metro 4M4. From the outset Mauger and eventual second place man Damian Cole in his Focus WRC where pipped at the end in what was a nip and tuck day for the two top drivers. It is the second win for Mauger and the 4M4, but this tops it off as the car has now won a national round in what is a hard fought championship with top WRC cars competing.

Exclusive report to Metro 6R4 Online News from Simon Mauger on his win on the Tour Of Epynt"Hi mark thanks for your support and kind words we are obviously very happy with the result and especially the way we did it on the last stage just shows you should never give up fighting! The car is probably one of the quickest things I've driven but also one of the most challenging, I've realised I need to be a lot fitter to get the best out of it cause I'm knackered today! We knew the car was quick on single venue rallies but had no idea how it would go on a National rally, we were hoping just to finish and learn as much as possible so to win first time out was amazing. Big thanks to Dennis Marshall and his guys for all their hard work and thanks to major Motorsport. We hope to be at Manx." Many thanks Simon.
